Flexible Working Hour

• Work closely with clients on all required social media posts and directly communicate with customers regarding their issues.
• Create weekly content 45-60 contents per week (create graphic, video and write content)
• Run Ads in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google and etc…
• Creating and sending email marketing campaigns, managing website maintenance, coordinating marketing events, assisting with budgets, maintaining marketing planners and tracking results
• Manage holiday update hours on all social media platforms and website pop-ups.
• Handle message inboxes, comments, and reviews.
• Be available for customer calls or texts during all working hours.
• Set up new customer accounts and prepare content for other team members.
• Summarize progress and provide weekly updates to the manager.
• Address customer questions on social media platforms and phone calls.

• Experience using graphic design tools such as illustratorAdobe Illustrator Canva, etc.
• Experience using email marketing toll such as Mailchimp
• Proficiency in speaking and writing Thai and English.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, IG Reels, IG Stories, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok) and social media management tools.
• Experience working with influencers or a strong interest in working with them.
• Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in digital content and social media.
• Capacity to identify target audience preferences and create content to meet them, including running social media ads.
• Familiarity with US culture, holidays, and events.
• Understanding of digital marketing reporting tools and metrics.
